Ground Rules 2013

Rule 1. 

You should obey all instructions related to IRS work or face the threat of being reported as uncooperative

Rule 2.

You will take part in all discussions unless with valid reasons, cooperate, and give ideas enthusiastically. During non-lesson discussions, you must be punctual

Rule 3.

Ethical behavior is expected to be observed

Rule 4.

Work assigned to you is expected to be of extremely high quality. You are expected to dutifully carry out research until an answer that is feasible is found. Low quality work is not tolerated.
